Refund Policy

1. All payments (including deposits, trials, events, coaching, or course payments) are non-refundable.
2. Coaching sessions cancelled 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled.
3. Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
4. Other events are subject to cancellation policies as specified in their respective contracts.


Why This Policy Exists

 

I put this in place for two main reasons:

1. What I offer isn’t something you can “return.” 

I don’t sell physical products. What you receive is a combination of my 30+ years of experience, time, and presence — whether that’s through courses, workshops, or one-on-one support. Once I’ve shared that knowledge and energy, it can’t be put back on the shelf.

2. Commitment is part of the work. 

If you’re considering a training or coaching with me, it’s likely because you want support in following through on things that matter. I know from personal experience how easy it is to second-guess yourself or back away when growth feels uncomfortable. This policy is one way I support you in honoring the decision you already made to invest in yourself or your team.

Think of it like buying a ticket to a concert. If you later decide not to go, the ticket doesn’t get refunded — not because the organizers are unkind, but because the event was held for you whether you chose to attend or not. The same is true here.
